ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

more than just buzzwords,

this is what we know.

Why AI?

Artificial intelligence (AI) systems are comprised of computers and software simulating human cognitive functions - exercises like planning, decision making, problem solvingreasoning, and learning.

Algorithms instruct an AI model to autonomously perform repetitive tasks, or identify + forecast underlying trends in large datasets using advanced statistics.

As more information is processed, AI programs get better at their job, enabling you to focus on the the most meaningful work for yourself, your team, and your business.

ABOUT

classically inspired artificial intelligence

Marcus Vitruvius Pollio, historically known as Vitruvius, was an architect and engineer in 1st century BC, at the dawn of the Roman empire.

Vitruvius conceived the notion that all lasting structures must have three attributes: firmitas, utilitas, and venustas (strength, utility, and beauty). His literary magnum opus, De Architectura, outlined a philosophy that the human body serves as an analogy to the divine proportions in nature, and that these symmetries should thus be reflected in architecture and design.

His book was the gold standard for design philosophy and practice for centuries, most famously setting the stage for Leonardo Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man, a symbol illustrating the profound human capacity to comprehend the inextricable links between mathematics, science, and the arts.

As modern architects of artificial intelligence systems, we believe in grounding our work in these same time-tested principles of design: strength, utility, and beauty.
